Why Body Armor is a Good Idea(tm)
We all complain about our body armor...its heavy, its hot, it chafes, its uncomfortable...but then, we complaing about everything. But we wear it.
This video, Jack Army, shot by insurgent snipers and subsequently captured by coalition troops shows why, when it all drops in the pot, we love our body armor.

Yup, Mr. R, the body armor is for your safety, so please please please keep it on... =P
its hot, it does not breath, its heavy as all get-out...but it will get me home, and so it is a welcome burden...

How is it going? Fine here it is the first day of school and we have a new teacher named Mr.Smith he is ok but not as good as you. We miss you and hope you come back soon we need our social studies teacher. i am praying for a safe return for all of you very soon and my uncle charlie toombs!!!!!! I love all of you and hope to see you soon. I'm graduating this year and will goto 9th grade at woden. i am going to play basketball to. Well i have togo for now and i will mabey type tommorow to.
